What Causes Blood And Mucus In The Stool?

Hi, I have had problems in the past with blood and mucus when I try to go to the toilet. I ve had a colonoscopy and everyone returned as normal. I started to go back to normal with no blood and mucus but all of a sudden it has returned I was fine for a good 4 months and now it has decided to return. Basically I get the urge to go to the toilet but when I sit on it and push only mucus and bright blood come out I am very gassy with it also. What does it sound like to you ?
