What Causes Blood And Pain During Urination?

Hi, I have been experiencing mild pain when I urinate. It s more of a sting than pain actually. I have experienced this after rough sex a few days ago. Since it was just a day after my period the first day we did it, it was not until last night that I noticed a spot of blood in the toilet after I urinate. What can I do about this?
