What Causes Blood And Pus Discharge From Penis With Burning Urination?

i have also a pus in my pennis always in the early morning,the first thing I felt is last 4 weeks I have a burning sensation when I urinate,and after 1 week a blood in the tip of my urine,and after 1 week I see a pus in my pennis,then I decided to go to a doctor,and come for a urinary test,but the doctor didn t told me what is the result,she told me to take a medicine(ciprofloxacin),I take it 1week and the pain,blood and pus disappeared,but after that the pus came back,what should I going to do,and what could be the causes of it,?is it a STD?,please help me,what is the proper treatment,,,,?

Hi,

These symptoms and signs are suggestive of STD especially if there is associated pain, fever, urethral discharge and recent sexual intercourse. So this is the first thing to rule out by doing STD testing.

Second, it may be sign of uroinfection or urinary stones and some other genital infection but this is less common.

In every case, antibiotic therapy may be required so test should be done as soon as possible so that appropriate treatment can be started. Till that try to drink plenty of fluids, avoid sexual intercourse and rest.
