What Causes Blood And Worm Like Mucus In The Nose?
I ve been congested and blowing my nose into my sink and it looks like little leech type worms that always blood inside at one end. I m pretty sure this a parasite. You couldn t answer this right here? Don t make me jump through hoops for one simple answer. Can you quickly explain it here please?

I suggest you consult your ENT specialist for clinical assessment. Congestion of the nasal cavity along with blood inside the nasal cavity needs to be investigated.
It is unlikely for a leech-like worm to be present in the nasal cavity.
