General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.
It is difficult to diagnose without examination, I would straight away suggest you to see doctor for examination and diagnosis.

Based on the information they might be due to trauma which might have occured during sexual act, or may be from the friction from undergarments.

As mentione earlier it is difficult to comment without examination, but i would ask you to wear a cotton undergarment to avoid friction and use of moisturizer may help

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
I find this answer helpful
