What Causes Blood Clot Discharge During Menstruation?

I am currently on my period, but it came a little early this month. I am on birth control thought, but my partner and I had unprotected sex and he did finish inside me, but my period came early this month, but what I am seeing is majorRenal agenesisdark red blood. My tampon is soaked in dark red blood, and when I go to the bathroom without a tampon in, I pee out blood clots, why is this happening?

I appreciate your concern if you are on birth control tab then this therapy could cause some disturbances in menses as you sais here that the menses at this time little early, heavy blood flow some time forming the blood clots, and this might be the reason for your complain, but no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you have nice day.
