What Causes Blood Clot In Nostril And Headache?
Hi, I am 27 yrs old and I work in a BPO and I saw clot of blood in my left nostril this morning, I had severe head ache last evening. I wish to know if its something serious or its stress related. I had also had a lot of heat food like chocolates and pepper.

Any trauma or blood pressure changes can cause nasal bleed which can be seen as a blood clot. is there any history of nasal bleed?
