My 4 year old daughter just pooped and had what appear to be some blood clots in/around her stool. They are bright red and there was a bit of blood on the toilet paper when she wiped. Her stool is formed, but loose. She says she isn't in any pain and she has not had anything red to eat in the past couple of days.

Colitis but usually fever will be there 4. Anal fissure but usually pain will be there 5. Intusseception etc. I suggest you see your paediatrician immediately.
