What Causes Blood Clots In Stool While Treating Hemorrhoids?
I have had a hemorrhoid for nearly a decade, so occasionally difficult elimination and a little fresh blood in my stool is not unusual. However, since yesterday my bowel movements have been significantly more painful, and tonight there were clots present and my underwear had stains from continued, slow bleeding... Should I be more seriously concerned?

If this is the hemorrhoid then it can only be cured with surgery, of course it can be managed medically but it cannot be cured on permanent basis and for the conservative treatment, first thing try to relieve the constipation by drinking more water and have fiber containing diet, you can even use the Isabgol stool softening powder with Policresulen ointment with sitz bath.
