What Causes Blood Clots In The Vomit?

i am a 24 yr old female with autoimmune hep type two i can't quit throwing up and there have been at least seven blood clots and they ranged from dime in diameter to a little bigger than a nickel all were about 1/4 in thick in my basin what would cause it what will help and going to hospital is something i can't do i have beaten my pronosis and am still alive over two years longer than they said i would but really sick and need to understand what are possible causes...
