What Causes Blood Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi im on my 5th month of pregancy and just this mornong after i pee. I noticed that i had a vaginl discharge which is blood and just right after the color changed to brown. Is this normal beacuse i had a 2 hour travel yesterday using a car. Is this normal?
