What Causes Blood Discharge During Urination And Small Bump On Penis?

Hi I am 19 and under my penis head where the foreskin is connected to I have a little bump, I ve seen it before but I didn t think of it as a concern. I ve also been having leaking but I do not have pain when I urinate. About a month ago after I finished urinating two drops of blood came out and the next day it was the same it hasn t happened ever since I ve been treated for an STD and the leaking stopped but has came back. Any information is helpful. Thank you in advance

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I suggest you to get your urine examined for presence of red blood cells and pus cells.
Presence of pus cells in urine is suggestive of infection and infection can lead to passage of red blood cells in urine.
Besides infection, presence of red blood cells in urine is suggestive of trauma to the urinary tract.
The little bump underneath the penile head can be due to some skin lesion.
You may consult a dermatologist if the lesion becomes symptomatic.

Thanks and take care
