Hello
This is a case of hematuria, where blood comes out through urinary tract. You may be suffering from urinary tract infection. I would strongly advice you to visit to you physician so that he can asses you case. you may be required some diagnostic test to confirm diagnosis.
Any delay in the treatment may lead to some serious problem

Hope this is clear to you
In case of any query feel free to ask

Thanks
