What Causes Blood Filled Blister On The Base Of Penis?
had a small red dot on my scrotum near the base of my penis that looked like a small red pimple. pinpoint size. I squeezed it and a small amount of blood squirted up my nail and bled for around 20 minutes. not pouring, more like a shaving cut. is this something to be concerned about? I am sexually active and I do regularly shave down there.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be infective lesion it should never be tempered like this because this may jeopardize the condition may flair up the infection, now it is advisable to apply "Povidone Iodine" cream keep the area clean, everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps
