What Causes Blood Filled Blister On The Penis?
Hi, I have just noticed that there is a small bump on my penis, about half the size of my baby finger nail. When I try to pop it, all that comes out is a bit of blood, but I feel something solid inside the bump. Can you give me information on this and if it is serious or not?
