What Causes Blood Filled Blisters Around The Finger Nails?

Several months ago, small blood blisters began appearing beside my fingernails. Not UNDER them, but beside them. Many aren t even blood blisters, and emit white fluid when I pierce them with a needle. Also, after piercing them, the pain is relieved entirely, as if they were infected. What causes this and what can be done? Thank you.

You might be suffering from POMPHOLYX, it is also known as dyshydrotic Eczema. Rarely it can also be HERPETIC WHITLOW. both these conditions are very recurrent and histopathological and clinical examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis.
