What Causes Blood Filled Bump Around Groin Area?

I had a small place on my groin kind of looked like a bump or insect bite . I squeezed it and just a lot of blood came out . Now there is hole it is as big around as a end of a q-tip and has like stringy tissue in it and looks deep enough to fit the whole end of a q tip in it

Hi.

Just apply a warm compress over the region, take warm water sitz bathes with epsom salt in it, keep the region dry and clean and apply a topical antibiotic over the region (e.g. neosporin).
