Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
A blood filled bump on the wrist could be a vascular lesion or filling of cystic lesion with blood.
However, a clinical assessment is required to make the diagnosis.
A biopsy of the lesion may be required to make a definite diagnosis.
In case the lesion turns out to be vascular lesion, further course of the lesion will depend on the histopathological examination.
In case the lesion turns out to be benign, surgical removal of the lesion will be curative.
Recurrence after removal of the lesion is uncommon.

Thanks and take care
