Every morning I wake up ..i got bugers that are covered from blood and i blow and i have blood in my nose for the first 4-5 times i blow...i ve been having this for more than 2-3 months maybe around a year but never wondered...i am 18 ...i ve been smoking regularly since 12 ..no other sumptoms..except that i get tired veeery easy from smoking...
Smoking dries the nasal mucosa, which is the lining on the inner surface of nose, and also irritates it. This makes the nasal mucosa prone to injuries and spontaneous bleeds. This is the most likely reason for your symptoms. But your symptoms can also be caused by lesions in the nose. So, in my opinion, it will be prudent to see a doctor and get yourself examined. Till then, avoid injury to the nose by vigorous nose picking or forceful sneezing.
