Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain it is clear indication that you have infection in gums and infection leads to
gum inflammation and inflamed gums bleed on slight stimulation..
The blood in mouth when waking up is also due to gum bleeding and gum bleeding occurs commonly in mouth breathers who sleep with mouth open and irritation and drying of gums due to continuous air exposure leads to bleeding..
Bleeding from gums during bathing is also due to irritation and nothing else..
Nothing to worry,
consult a Dentist and get evaluated and in case if there is
gum infection SCALING followed by antibiotics and painkillers and topical application of gum paint will help.
Chew a
Vitamin C pellet daily as it helps in improving gum health..
Use an ultra soft toothbrush for brushing teeth as it will prevent injury to the gums..
As of now you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like
IBUPROFEN for relieving pain in mouth and gums..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
