General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.Based on the history you have shared, you need to have it examined to ruled out any internal eye trauma.

However, external trauma can also be complicated by infection which can cause blood stained secretion to turn into infected pus discharge or debris. Local antibiotics and anti inflammatory drops may also be needed. Intraocular pressure measurements will also be needed.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
