What Causes Blood In Semen And Penis Pain After Having Intercourse?

Hie doctors I have a huge problem I am 21 & I have a 19yr old gf we had sex today & I cum blood along side semen my penis hurts too when I pied I pied blood too & some blood cloth along side might be blood mixed with semen I really need help please I don t have money to go to the doctor but how bad can it be

The causes can range from infections, stones in the renal tract or bladder , prostate related issues (which are uncommon in your age group). Sadly a confirmed diagnosis will not be possible without further investigation and so it would be best to visit your doctor for further management.
