What Causes Blood In Semen During Masturbation?

I am 45-years old. I once 5 yrs ago, had blood in my semen during masturbation. It went away. Now it came back. I suspect that it was due to accidental pinch on one of the nerves in the scrotal sack. I for now decided to slow down on masturbation anyhow, just to see what happens in the next 2 weeks.
