Suggestive of hematospermia (blood in the semen). Presence of blood in the semen could be due to infection/inflammation of the prostate gland, epididymis, seminal vesicles, urethra, and vas deferens. It can also be due to obstruction caused by enlarged prostate, polyps or cancers.
Advised to consult a urologist for further clinical evaluation and some relevent tests such as urinalysis, STD testing, prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing, and urological tests to determine the exact cause of your hematospermia.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
