hi i am 32 weeks pregnant i have been away from my fiance for three months just moved back in a week ago i gave him oral sex when he came home for lunch today afterwards i noticed he ejaculated blood he says he hasent cheated on me should ibe worried? i have slept with him also

Blood in semen may be a sign of genitourinary tract infection. Possibly he needs to do a urine analysis and uro culture. Another possibility is traumatic, possibly you hurt him.
