What Causes Blood In Stool After Taking Zyrtec?
Can Zyrtec cause blood in the stool? It s the only thing I ve been taking for over a month along with Rhinocort per instruction of my ENT doctor. I noticed some blood when I wiped 2 weeks ago and it went away and returned again this week. It s bright red and not visibly seen in the actual stool, only on toilet paper. It doesn t always appear and it s not a lot of visible blood, just a few drops I would say. Thank you.

I think neither Zyrtec nor Rhinocort can cause blood in stools. I think you should do colonoscopy and stool culture to investigate the causes.
