Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids. Some advice that I can give to you are :-Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas. -Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydro cortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
