After a hard workout with weights, i felt back pain. That day I had a bowel movement and there was some blood in my stool. 3 days later I had another back workout and strained the same muscles and again had blood in my stool. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids. They can be triggered by workout. I recommend to see a proctologist to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest using an anti hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
