What Causes Blood In Stool And Foul Smell From Rectum?
Hello, after having a bowelmovement I wipe clean and then when I go back to urinate hours later I will have stool in my rectum, also if no stool then my rectum is wet and the wetness smells fishy no blood in stool though I had and occult blood done it was negative please help.

Some what fishy swell in perianal area is normally present but if anal region is wet or gets smeared with stool then you may be having anal incontinence.
It may be due to poor anal tone or a fissure in ano.
You have to be evaluated by a local examination called proctoscopy by a surgeon and then decide about dirty plan.
