What Causes Blood In Stool And Sharp Abdominal Cramps?

I have minor bleeding in my feces. Regular, but loose bowel movements. I also have sharp, cramp-like pains that seem to come and go in my abdomen. I also have extreme fatigue and seem less productive at work... kinda like I could sleep for days. Appetite normal and drinking tons of water.
