Hello,

The following are few conditions where blood in stools is seen:
1) Hemorrhoids
2) Anal fissure
3) Ulcerative colitis
4) Crohn's disease
5) Anal fissure associated with pain
6) Colonic polyps
7) Colon cancer

Swollen feet most probably are due to renal cancer resulting in kidney dysfunction. Axitinib withdrawal is not associated with bloody stools. You need to be physically examined in person to find out the cause of bloody stools. Please do consult a general surgeon for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
