What Causes Blood In Stool And Symptoms Of Arrhythmia?

Hello, i have been having blood in the stool, went to a colon doctor, they said it was not hemorrhoids, and that I need a colonoscopy. This was 2 months ago. I have not gotten one yet because I figured I was fine, cause I m 21. Although I randomly have what sounds like heart attacks, basically my heart starts pinching and I literally becomes immobilized and have to just sit there through it, I literally feel like my heart is shutting down becomes it can t pump blood through it. They usually happen very briefly like 4 or 5 seconds, but I just had one that lasted for at least 10 seconds, and I fell on the floor becomes I became paralyzed. What is happening to me?

Well come to HCM
You have stated two clinical conditions here, one is blood stain stool as per your statement which is fine now, so this is not matter of worry right now, for the heart rhythm problem you need to get done the EKG and for fainting CT brain is very important, without these difficult to know underlying cause, if you do not have hypertension then this may not be anything danger looking to the age given here, such history may not be age related, but if this is true syncope then this need to be investigated seriously, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
