What Causes Blood In Stool While Having Diabetes And Asthma?

I am 24 years old.I weight 200 pds. I have had type 1 diabetes since i was 5 and asthma as well. I have been cramping in my lower back as well as in the front pelvis region. I also have blood in my stool. should i be concerned? These are period cramps but way worse i have not ever had this kind of pain before.

I think you need to consult a doctor immediately. There is no relation of diabetes, asthma with bleeding per rectum. So please do not waste time and proceed for a gastroenterologist consult.
