What Causes Blood In Stool While Having Hemorrhoids?
I have flat hemorrhoids near the exit of my asshole. I have red blood in my bowel movements. I have instructions from my personal general practitioner to use preparation H twice a day starting now. I have an appointment with him on Monday. Is the blood most likely coming from the hemorrhoids?

Yes it could be due to hemorrhoids .But I would suggest that get checked by doctor to rule out any polyp or infection also.Since blood per stool can happen due to various causes but as you have already hemorrhoids problem so better get checked by your treating doctor thoroughly to rule out other causes to be on safe side.
