What Causes Blood In Stool While Suffering From Constipation?

Hi ok I have gas a lot constipation a lot when I go it is thin or the consistency of ice cream ( sorry ) . Today there was blood on top of stool def. from the rectum. Very worried I know I will call a dr Monday and get checked out. I do have a lot of stomach discomfort but always thought it was IBS. Probiotics in large amount do help. Can it be something other then cancer?

constipation followed with frank blood intop of stool will be injury in rectum or anus. best is to detect the source of injury. proctoscopy may have tobe done. take more water fiber rich food. take omiprazol and cremaffin at bed time.
