General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
It seems you have developed a hemorrhoid. In mild cases, they bleed when you strain at stool or have constipation.
You should take lubricant laxative like Cremaffin along with plenty of dietary fibers and fluids. Do some exercise like walking, so that you don't develop constipation. Never strain while passing stool, otherwise it may be aggravated.
In severe cases, they can be ligated or excised.
Consult a surgeon if it persists or bleeding increases.
Hope this will be helpful. Take care.
