What Causes Blood In Stool?

hello sir, iam venkat .iam getting blood through latrine from last 5 months but while going to latrine iam not getting any pain. kindly suggest me what is the problem. and iam using finpecia tablets for hair treatment from 6 months is it harmful to health.

it appears tobe piles. take bland diet and cremafin at bed time. sitz bath is helpfull. if noimprovment then can gofor examination by surgeon with proctoscopy.
