Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms, You have
rectal bleeding. It is a very common symptom. Up to 15% of adults have seen blood on their toilet paper.
As a general rule, bright red blood means that the bleeding has come from the area around the anus. If the blood is darker, it usually means that its origin is a bleed higher up the digestive tract.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the
rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear in intestine sometimes caused due to hard stool passage
3.Infection of intestines
4.Rarely it might be
colon cancer
Most common cause of hemorrhoids & fistulas is
constipation, hard stool passage, excessive stressing during defecation, etc. If constipation is there fibres in diet should be increased. Laxatives can also be used.
If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist
Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved
