General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to piles, inflammatory bowel disease, polyp, inflammatory enteritis.
Peptic ulcer disease can cause black stool.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist and undergo blood test, urea breath test, fecal calprotectin test, stool tests, upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out the cause.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Mean while avoid stress, take light diet, avoid spicy/oily/fatty food, drink plenty lukewarm water, avoid outside food.
Hope this may help you
