What Causes Blood In Stools After Every Bowel Movement?

I just recovered from a big hemorrhoid that popped out and it took about 2-3 weeks to heal and go back in. I went to the bathroom again just now and a little bit came out again. I also constantly have a little bit of blood with every bowel;movement either on the toilet paper or on the end of my stool. How come??

This recurring bleed is probably again due to your hemorrhoid.To prevent it from worsening you should take high fibre diet or stool softeners that are available in market and try to consume more water....If u bleed even after these remedies you should consult surgeon for cauterization...because chronic blood loss will worsen your health.
