hi doctor i shit my pants every once and a while and it smells like straight shit dipped piss that s been up my butthole since 09 then when i shit my pants or pass gas blood comes shooting out of my asshole what should i do i am gay and like it up the ass would that have anything to do with it

Blood in stool with bad odor indicate colon infection or sexually transmitted disease most likely.
In my clinic, I recommend to undertake a stool microscopy with sigmoidoscopy examination to find out the root cause and treat accordingly.
