So request you to please help me by suggesting me what could be the reason and what should I do.
You are not mention a consistency and frequency of sputum. Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
Consent a pulmonologist for further diagnosis. Respiratory wheezing sound helpful in diagnosis.
Do a complete blood cell and sputum culture test. Chest x ray give exact idea about disease. After sputum culture test start a antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion.
I hope my guidance helpful to you.. Take care. Thank you.
