What Causes Blood In The Urine In Females ?
good day to you Doc. i have queries. I am 34 yrs old women, stands 5 2 and weigh 57kg. I have no medical history before until the last time I had my urinalysis few days back while i have my period. the result states it has traces of blood . WBC is 5-10/hpf and bacteria is many. what does this indicate? Do i need to get another urinalysis?

as you did urine test while on period report may not be at all reliable.
Go for urine report now,this will give correct report

take plenty of urine.Take mid stream urine and in the morning.

urine examination if contaminated with menstrual blood may show rbc and wbc
plenty bacteria in urine analysis if it is only microscopic exaination does not make any sense
if you have urinary problem go for urine routine and microscopic examination and culture sensitivity examination from a reputable center
