Hello,

First, check for urine microscopy for morphology of RBC if it is normal in shape without any casts the coming from lower urinary tract, if it is coming from kidney then morphology will change with casts.

If casts are present with abnormal creatinine then you may need biopsy. So, please consult your nephrologist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
