General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Blood in urine is known as hematuria.
It could be due to acute cystitis or strenuous heavy work, vigorous sexual activity or injury to small blood vessels or capillaries.
It could be possible that you might have injured small capillaries inside prostate or seminal vesicles or bladder or a part of urethra that causing your hematuria occasionally.
If it is painless or without burning sensations then you need not to worry.
But it would be advisable that you consult urologist once for complete medical history and thoroughly clinical examination.
