Hi My name is vineet and i am 26 years old.Last night i masturbate but in the morning i found some blood in my urine .Actually after masturbation i tried to stop my sperms by preesing the penis.But after that a small amount is coming in my urine.Pls tell me am i ok or there is some serious problem.Pls tell me what to do...

Read the history and understood your problem.

This is called Hematospermia.
There are many causes , but in your case the cause is obvious as per your history.
The ejaculation is a process wherein the fluid from the prostate and seminal vesicles is projected through its ducts into urethra and involves contraction of all the related muscles.
When you tried to stop the ejaculation the back pressure caused the prostate and all the related structures to go into congestion. This congestion must have caused the blood to come in the urine next day.
Do not worry. this will heal on its own. Never ever do this again, do not hold the urine also.
Drink plenty of oral fluids to slush the system.
Do not masturbate for a few weeks as the healing will take that much time.
