.I m having blood tissue passing out with my urine...And having abdominal cramps...Firstly I had continuous flow for about 1.5 months..then dr gave me a high dose to stop it..since then I am having the above problem..please suggest me something...my ultrasound n urine tsh hb reports are normal . Kindly suggest.
Blood in the urine with abdominal cramps is commonly indicative of UTI. You are suggested to get clinically examine dby a GP. Get CBC, Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done. You may need to get some imaging tests done.
Your treatment will depend on the report of the tests obtained. However, the other medical conditions that may cause similar symptoms are kidney disease, stones, enlarged prostrate(in case of males), cancer etc.
Get treated at the earliest. Avoid addictions if any. Stay away from stress and take adequate rest. You can take Spamol (Spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed to get rid of abdominal pain. Antacids may help.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
