What Causes Blood In Urine And During Semen Discharge Long After Prostate Surgery?

I am a 66 year old male and over the past few days I have noticed blood in my urine on occasion. No apparent clot just a bright red coloration. Have also noticed blood in my ejaculate recently. One thing that I have been doing that is new over the past 5 weeks or so is that I have begun lifting weights (barbells & dumbbells) five times a week. About 5 years ago I did have to have prostate surgery to open the restriction due to an enlarged prostate. I m on no prostate medication but due take meds for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.Any advice?
