What Causes Blood In Urine And Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi. I have just discovered an hour ago that there is blood in my urine and my bladder really hurts. There is no burning sensation, it just is painful. The blood is coming from my bladder and not vagina. Also I had sex for the first time yesterday but I didn t experience any such problem before this. What does this mean and what are the immediate measures and long term measures I need to take?
