What Causes Blood In Urine And Lower Back Pain?
I have bloody urine, but no pain when I urinate. I do have some discomfort in my lower back and my lower pelvic area. I assume I have a urinary infection and will see a doctor tomorrow, but should I be worried? Please disregard. I will seek help tomorrow. Thanks.

Hello,
It may be due to renal stone.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, ultrasound abdomen after Urologist consultation.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.
Keep your self hydrated.
In case of burning micturation you can take syp cital.
